*Our field trips are best suited for students in grades Kindergarten—3rd grade.

*Students will learn about the life cycle of the strawberry plant.

*Students will learn about the importance of honey bees on the farm and will see the bees busy at work inside our observation beehive.

*Students will learn about the life cycle of the pumpkin and see pumpkins growing on the vine.

*Students will learn about the farmer’s occupation and what it's like to have a career in agriculture.

*We have picnic tables and grassy areas available for you if you’d like to eat your lunch here.

*Cost per student, parent, sibling is $8.40.  No cost for teachers. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. (Please note that there will be a convenience fee for credit card payments).

*Field trips will be offered Oct 1st - 31st. We expect for our schedule to fill up quickly, so we recommend that you schedule your field trip as soon as possible.

*Field trips begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. and last roughly 1 hour and 30 min. We ask that classes be ready to depart by 12 noon.

*There must be a minimum of 25 students to schedule a field trip.

* Each child will receive a personal size pumpkin to take home and each class will receive one large pumpkin.

*Field trips must be scheduled in advance.
