How much does the beef cost? Mixed beef boxes are $400 and Ground Beef boxes are $300.
How do I order? Order online with the link above.
When will the meat be ready? The beef will be available mid January - mid February 2025. We will call you when your meat is ready to be picked up. The meat will be vacuum sealed and frozen when you pick it up. Please bring a cooler and ice when you come to prevent the meat from thawing.
How/where are the steers raised? The steers are raised at a local farm in York, SC. The steers eat grass and they are fed local grain and hay. The grain helps make the meat tender and gives it a lot of flavor. (Steers that are fed grass only, usually have a "wild taste" and the meat can be tough). We do not give the steers any kind of growth hormones or antibiotics.
