How do I order? Order online with the link above.
When will the meat be ready? The beef will be available mid October - mid December. We will call you when your meat is ready to be picked up. The meat will be vacuum sealed and frozen when you pick it up. Please bring a cooler and ice when you come to prevent the meat from thawing.
How/where are the steers raised? The steers are raised at a local farm in York, SC. The steers eat grass and they are fed local grain and hay. The grain helps make the meat tender and gives it a lot of flavor. (Steers that are fed grass only, usually have a "wild taste" and the meat can be tough). We do not give the steers any kind of growth hormones or antibiotics.
