2025 CSA Information
CSA...What is it? And how does it work?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture or Community Sponsored Agriculture. Basically, that's a fancy way to say, "Here's a fun way to eat fresh produce and support local farmers at the same time!" So here's how the program works here at our farm: First, you decide which CSA season you'd like to sign up for. We offer four options: Spring (8 weeks), Summer I (8 weeks), Summer II (8 weeks) and Fall (8 weeks). Next, you decide which size "share" would best fit your needs. We have extra-small, small, medium, and large shares available. An extra small feeds approximately 1-2 people. A small feeds approximately 2 or 3 people. A medium feeds approximately 3 or 4 people. And a large feeds about 5 or 6. Then, you sign up and pay for your produce in advance. This is a one-time cost, and the amount depends on the size share you choose to purchase. Sign up and pay online Finally, you get a delicious basket of produce each week, for eight weeks! And best of all, your basket of fresh fruits and vegetables is delivered to a location near you--how convenient! All you have to do is stop by, pick up your basket, take it home, and enjoy! We hope that answers most of your questions! If you are still wondering about something or need clarification, please contact us. We'd love to help! Our phone number is (803) 684-2732 and our email address is [email protected].
