Pop-Up Markets (For Vendors)
We would like to announce that we will be holding multiple Market Days this Year.
Spring Market - April 26,2025
Summer Market- July 19, 2025
Fall Market- October 18, 2025
Christmas Market - December 13 , 2025
These Events will ALL be held from 9 am - 3 pm.
This will take place at the Bush-N-Vine in York for selected vendors to sell their wares to our customers.
All vendors will be set up outside around the Bush-N-Vine. We will also have assigned booth spots upon your arrival. We will not be able to supply any tents, tables, or chairs so please bring whatever you will need for the day. We will advertise these events on Facebook and Instagram. You will be able to start setting up as early as 7:30 am. We ask that all vendors are set up by 9am, and all vehicles parked at the end of the grassy area near the white farm house. At the end of the day, each vendor should be packed up by 4 pm.
The collection and payment of all sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
Please fill out and submit the application through Google Docs. After your application is received, we will contact you about payment of the $45.00 booth fee per event.
Payment for each season is Due By..
Spring Market ( April 11)
Summer Market ( July 6)
Fall Market ( October 5)
Christmas Market ( December 7)
** Spot is not secured until payment is complete**There is NO percentage reimbursement. This is a rain or shine event.
