Pop-Up Markets (For Vendors)
2026 Market Dates
Spring Market - April 18th, 2026
Fall Market- October 3rd, 2026
Christmas Market - December 5th , 2026
These Events will ALL be held from 9 am - 3 pm.
This will take place at the Bush-N-Vine in York for selected vendors to sell their wares to our customers.
All vendors will be set up outside on the grassy area beside the Bush-N-Vine.
We will also have assigned booth spots (10x10) upon your arrival. We will not be able to supply any tents, tables, or chairs so please bring whatever you will need for the day. We will advertise the vendor event on Facebook and Instagram. . You will be assigned a specific arrival time slot, and we kindly request that you arrive promptly at your designated time.
The collection and payment of all sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
There is NO percentage reimbursement. This is a rain or shine event.

Please fill out and submit the application through Google Docs. After your application is received, we will contact you about payment of the $55 booth fee, $75 Trailer fee per event
Payment for each season is Due By..
Spring Market: March 21,2026
Fall Market: September 5, 2026
Christmas Market: November 7, 2026
IF you sign up for all seasons we ask for them all to be paid by March 21, 2026.
** Spot is not secured until payment is complete**There is NO percentage reimbursement. This is a rain or shine event.
